A new Senior Centre, administration wing, Year 8 Hub and a wellness facility for school and wider-community use — new build and refurbishment engaging local community and government.
Delivered on a live school site, the works were staged and sequenced to keep the college operating throughout construction. Superintendency covered contract administration, quality assurance and coordination between the school community, VSBA and the delivery contractor from establishment through to handover.
