A portfolio consolidation program spanning 40 projects, delivered for RMIT University.
A fragmented portfolio of 40 refurbishment projects, spread across multiple campuses with inconsistent scopes and documentation, was consolidated into a single, standardised delivery program — bringing consistency and control to 40 discrete projects with varied user groups while minimising disruption to live teaching operations.
The program introduced unified governance across reporting, risk and procurement, standardised design templates and approval workflows, and a campus-wide scheduling strategy built around teaching timetables, supported by regular stakeholder forums. All 40 projects were delivered within the program budget envelope, with improved quality consistency and minimal operational disruption — RMIT recognised the program as a model for portfolio-based delivery.
